If you’re a Peloton fan, you’ ll like their latest offering: yoga. That’ s right, the brand most widely known for its high-energy, interactive indoor plus streaming cycling classes, and more lately their treadmill classes, is now prepared to help you get Zen.

To begin, there will be four live yoga courses taught each day by one of 3 instructors:   Aditi Shah, Ould – Greenberg, and Kristin McGee . Classes will certainly range from 20 to 45 minutes, and can include a variety of styles, including  Vinyasa flow, a vigorous power yoga exercises, a regenerative class, an essentials class geared towards helping beginners create the foundation of a practice, and even guided meditation . Plus, a bank of yoga exercises content that will be available anywhere, any moment.

Studio classes for brand spanking new members will start at $20, as the yoga programming will be included in present Peloton Bike, Tread, and Electronic subscriptions ($39 and $19/month, respectively). And you can count on the signature Peloton teaching style with instructors getting together with both those in class in addition to at-home yogis via strategically positioned cameras throughout the room as well as a leaderboard. (FYI: Studio room classes start nowadays, but live and on-demand loading won’ t begin until Dec 26. )

“ What I am really excited about is usually bringing the feeling of community in to people’ s homes, to give all of them an awesome yoga practice in their home, using this added element of the shop fitness experience which is not available in order to everyone, and I think that is going to be actually incredible, ” explained Greenberg.

And if the 30-minute stream geared toward prepping folks for Crow Pose (read: tons of hip openers ! ) I took yesterday with Greenberg, which was the very first classes taught plus filmed at the studio, is any kind of indication of Peloton  Yoga Studio’ s potential, then I’ mirielle pretty sure they are going to #namaslay it.
