Rolling through our social media feeds, difficult surprising to see our female  BFFs  and fitness influencers  posting exercise selfies while— yep— wearing make-up. We understand wanting to hide a frightening pimple or two, but  taking a run or hitting the gym in  a  full face of makeup  would not seem like the greatest idea for your pores and skin. After all, can a layer associated with product really allow your skin in order to breathe as you sweat through your preferred class?

Dr .   Nazarian  tells us that if you have no option or time to remove and reapply makeup when squeezing in a quick lunchtime workout, use makeup labeled as “non-comedogenic” (won’t clog pores)  and stay with lighter powders as opposed to heavy oil-based liquid makeups. Nazarian indicates.
