Koo says that this expression guides her because everything starts and ends with each individual, she believes.

Every single decision we make in life is definitely our own, Cummings says, and we need to be determined to follow through with those options. Similarly, the result of our decisions is really a product of our own actions, and can’ t be afraid to face this. Her mantra also reminds the girl of her self-worth. “ I personally use that mantra to let me personally know that I am worthy, I am loveable, and I am capable of giving and becoming love, ” Cummings says.
“ Everything will happen whenever it’ s supposed to happen. ”
We’ ve most of been in situations where we’ lso are following a foolproof plan to reach an objective, but somehow things fall apart. “ I can either take it out on me personally or I can just say, ‘ You know what, maybe this wasn’ to the right time, maybe this wasn’ t the right day, maybe the next day will be better, ’ ” Sibel says.
“ Discover balance. ”
We all live in stressful times, says Ahmed. By trying to understand those causes and their origins, we can counteract them with actions that makes us really feel calm. Exercise, meditation, and nap time are three calming activities Ahmed turns to.
